A request for rezoning the property along SR 114 in front of Bywell Estates was presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission in September 2017. Along with the zoning request was the need to restructure the entrance drive to Bywell Estates allowing semi-trucks to deliver good to any retail establishments that may be constructed on the property. The changes to the drive leading in to Bywell Estates was approved by both the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council. The proposed new entrance to Bywell Estates will be constructed and paid for by the property owner as show to the left
